What are your return & exchange policies?
-You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order time.
-NUMI Paris has 7 days of exchange and return policy from the date of delivery
-No returns are accepted in case of Prescription lenses
How frequently do I need to get an eye-test done?
We recommend that you get an eye-test every six months.
How do I find out the Status of my order?
Your order details can be found in the ‘My orders’ tab on your account page. You can also reach out to our customer support via chat or call. An SMS/ Email will also be sent to you with the tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

On selecting the frame you will find an option to add or upload your prescription details. You can reach out to us at any step and we will make sure your buying process is smooth.

Are the sunglasses and frames made in Paris?
Our products are designed in Paris and manufacture globally in places like France, Italy and Hong Kong/ PRC. (Geographic’s subject to add/ change)
Do you sell prescription lenses as well?
Yes we do sell prescription lenses both online and at our Exclusive NUMI Paris outlets.
Is the damage to my glasses covered under your warranty?
In general, damage to frames or lenses caused by a defect in the manufacturing process is covered under our warranty, while damage caused by the wearer is not covered. Products covered under warranty can only be replaced or repaired, not refunded.
How long does your warranty last?
Our frame and lens warranties cover products for one year from the date you received them.
How long does it take my prescription lenses to ship?
Once your order is verified and in stock, it will be shipped within 7-12 business days.
